Grand Union Canal Cycle

Andy John lost his father Richard to pancreatic cancer and wanted to raise money to aid research. A keen cyclist, he decided on a 160 mile route along the Grand Union Canal. Friend Ian Charlesworth joined him. Andy explained the choice of route - "We decided to follow the Grand Union Canal as it seemed like a good challenge and as long as we follow the water, we aren't going to get lost! The good thing is that our destination is Birmingham, so we'll have home in our sights."
