November is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month!
A Bake & Share event is a great idea for Awareness Month. You invite friends, family, neighbours or colleagues to join you for home-made cake, and in return they make a donation to PCRF.
It can be as simple or grand as you want. You can have friends round for a coffee morning or hire your local hall and offer a whole range of delicious treats with a cuppa. Make sure you include Ainsley Harriott's scrumptious apple cake recipe, which is included in the Bake & Share pack!
"I lost my mother to this terrible disease so I fully support the Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund in its drive for progress.
With more research we can improve the chances for people suffering from pancreatic cancer.
PCRF's cake bake for Awareness Month is a fantastic and easy way to fundraise among friends, family and work colleagues, so get your favourite recipes out and get baking! Or if you fancy something new, why not try my delicious Crunchy Nut Apple Cake Bars? Let's see how much money we can raise!"
