Jenny Cooch was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2011. Realising that there was very little research being done into pancreatic cancer, Jenny decided she wanted to do something to raise money for more research. “I was a caterer myself and always loved cooking, so creating a cookbook seemed the natural thing. I went out and collected secret recipes from people – the kind of special recipes people don’t like giving away.”
The book has 200 recipes from Soups & Starters through to Puddings, Cakes, Jams & Chutneys.
All the proceeds from the sale of the book are being donated to the charity.
